Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale high-throughput APIs and services handling over 50 million daily events.
- Own features end-to-end, from design to production.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and security.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction.
- Mentor junior engineers as you grow into a leadership role.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in APIs, distributed systems, and debugging.
- Experience with modern web stacks, including JavaScript and any OOP backend.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
- Ability to work hybrid in the DC area, with relocation support.
