Base Salary
$240k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI-driven Taktile deployments in production from scoping Agentic AI use cases through stable production delivery.
- Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production-grade Generative AI agents.
- Manage scope, delivery sequencing, blockers, and trade-offs among scope, speed, and quality.
- Partner with product management to translate customer needs into actionable product and roadmap insights.
- Create reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function.
- Coach and mentor junior Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders and deliver rapid time to value.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
- At least 6 years as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or equivalent role in a B2B SaaS company is an ideal qualification.
- Strong technical background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Production-grade Python and SQL development and code review experience.
- Strong command of REST API design and integrations.
- Experience building AI applications within financial services is preferred.
- Experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems is preferred.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform—AWS, Azure, or GCP—is preferred.
- Ability to break down complex problems, make informed decisions under pressure, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work from the NYC office at least three days per week.
