Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI-driven deployments in production.
- Design solution architectures and develop decision logic.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers proactively.
- Collaborate with product management to influence the product roadmap.
- Develop reusable resources and best practices for the engineering function.
- Coach and mentor junior Forward Deployed Engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience.
- Strong technical background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and REST API design.
- Ability to break down complex problems and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a customer-centric approach.
