Responsibilities
- Act as a functional Procure-to-Invoice resource supporting presales and professional-services scoping efforts.
- Conduct customer design health assessments and recommend procurement and invoicing process optimizations.
- Partner with Services Sales to translate delivery needs into scalable proposals and product configurations.
- Support the transition from Sales to Services to maintain continuity into project delivery.
- Collaborate with product management on customer feedback, design reviews, and product enhancements.
- Author and update standardized services offerings aligned with current product capabilities.
- Support scoping and design for services related to emerging product capabilities.
- Maintain proposal templates, knowledge repositories, and scoping tools for presales activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of Spend Management or Procure-to-Invoice consulting experience, including software implementation and presales or scoping activities.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Invoice lifecycle and ability to map business processes to software solutions.
- Coupa implementation, configuration, or design experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with SaaS providers on enterprise implementations or professional-services delivery.
- Experience helping Sales or Services Sales teams draft, shape, and estimate professional-services SOWs or proposals.
- Experience creating or contributing to customer-facing proposals, SOWs, process maps, or presentation decks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across client, product, sales, and delivery teams.
- Ability to stay organized and balance multiple scoping requests in a dynamic environment.
