Responsibilities
- Implement integrations between Canals and ERP systems using standardized templates and API credentials.
- Become an ERP subject-matter expert, understanding data handling and configuration.
- Join pre-sale discovery calls to evaluate feasibility and answer technical questions.
- Lead post-sale integration work, including configuring endpoints and validating data flows.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate as needed.
- Participate in customer onboarding and go-live calls as the technical owner.
- Document integration steps and best practices for internal and customer use.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Occasionally cover support tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in a technical implementation or customer engineering role at a SaaS company.
- Excitement for direct customer interaction and managing implementations.
- Familiarity with APIs, REST endpoints, and JSON payloads.
- Experience with ERPs or a strong desire to learn about systems like Eclipse, P21, and Infor.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organization and project management abilities.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
- English proficiency required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
