Base Salary
$122k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and rollout plans for complex enterprise implementations.
- Run technical discovery workshops and translate findings into scalable, secure Staffbase architectures.
- Advise on and oversee multi-system and multi-region integrations with Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, and ADP.
- Guide customers in using Staffbase APIs and SDKs and oversee customized client applications.
- Manage technical project plans, resources, dependencies, risks, status, and effort estimates.
- Support secure customer environment setup based on governance and security requirements.
- Troubleshoot and triage implementation issues using application logs and the command line.
- Deliver technical workshops, documentation, customer communications, and executive presentations in English and Spanish.
- Partner with Sales on scoping, estimating, Statements of Work, and strategic pre-sales conversations.
- Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering and mentor colleagues while improving delivery practices and enablement.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
- At least 5 years of development, consulting, professional services, or sales engineering experience, including enterprise-scale SaaS deployments.
- Strong grounding in integration, solution architecture, and security.
- Solid HTML and CSS knowledge plus proficiency in at least one of JavaScript, Java, PHP, or Node.js.
- Experience using the command line and application logs to diagnose integration issues.
- Experience leading technical projects with fixed deadlines from inception through completion.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience working directly with Sales, Success, Consultants, and System Integrators.
- Preferred qualifications include a communications background and experience mentoring consultants or engineers.
