Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, design, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead and mentor engineering team members while supporting the growth of junior professionals.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Design scalable and maintainable software systems and improve their performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business needs.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Agile PLM.
- Proficiency in Oracle Agile PLM.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software systems.
- Ability to ensure code quality through reviews and standards adherence.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
