Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform automations and business-process transformations.
- Build Power Apps using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages.
- Create agentic solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio using low-code approaches.
- Integrate Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems.
- Maintain existing automations and applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI-powered automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay current with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related AI technologies.
- Work independently and collaboratively while managing projects and engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Power Platform solutions with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
- Proven experience creating agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems through REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage projects independently.
- Excellent English communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with Autogen or Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Preferred: experience with the .NET framework and JavaScript or C# for custom connectors and UI adjustments.
- Preferred: SQL Server or Azure SQL schema design and performance-tuning experience.
- Preferred: Power Platform or Azure AI certification, such as PL-200 or AI-102.
- Preferred: experience facilitating technical workshops or hackathons.
