Responsibilities
- Build AI applications and translate business ideas and technology requirements into IT plans, software architectures, and code.
- Monitor technology trends and conduct R&D in AI and ML.
- Develop, validate, deploy, and monitor AI models using modern AI and generative AI practices.
- Analyze and rank ML algorithms based on their likelihood of solving business problems successfully.
- Establish development standards and share ML engineering practices with the team.
- Develop agentic AI solutions and work with agent interoperability frameworks and protocols.
- Explore and visualize data, identify distribution differences, and assess their impact on real-world model deployment.
- Apply MLOps practices and integrate applications through APIs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in AI development.
- Strong programming skills, including Python and ML, data, and API libraries.
- Experience developing and working with AI models.
- Experience with cloud computing, including Azure, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with application integration through REST APIs and database techniques including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
- Experience with agentic AI development frameworks, protocols, and agent-to-agent interoperability.
- Strong engineering mathematics knowledge, including advanced linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
- Interest in understanding functional and industry business challenges.
- Preferred: Big Data, data modeling, MLOps, SAP platforms, SAP GenAI Hub, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, SAP DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, and Databricks experience.
- Self-starter, independent thinker, curious and creative, with ambition and passion.
