Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support solutions using RPA applications, Power Platform, and digital transformation tools.
Build business applications and AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Architect enterprise Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions, including integrations, security, and solution design leadership.
Transform ambiguous client business challenges into production-ready AI solutions as a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer.
Lead senior automation consulting and identify process optimization and transformation opportunities.
Provide stakeholder-facing consulting services to global organizations and collaborate in an international delivery environment.

Power Platform Developer candidates should have hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, REST APIs, and business requirements gathering.
Copilot Studio Architect candidates should have 5+ years of Power Platform and enterprise solution architecture experience, with expertise in Copilot Studio, AI agents, integrations, security, Entra ID, REST APIs, and consulting.
Forward Deployed Engineer candidates should have 6 years of experience and expertise in GenAI delivery, LLM application development, RAG architectures, AI/ML engineering, data engineering, software engineering, cloud platforms, APIs, and production deployment.
Senior Power Platform Developer candidates should have 4 years of experience, Power Platform delivery and consulting experience, process analysis and improvement skills, and enterprise integration experience.
Experience with SAP, .NET/C#, Azure services, and AI agent frameworks is highly desirable for the architecture role.
All roles require strong written and verbal business English, effective collaboration, a stakeholder-facing mindset, and ownership of delivery outcomes.
