Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Embodied AI, safety, and product partner teams to align priorities and requirements.
- Use Pareto analysis and other prioritization techniques to identify and implement improvements for validation dashboard products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and success metrics for behavior validation tools.
- Lead and implement technical improvements using Python and related technologies.
- Connect data pipelines to user interfaces and develop internal customer-facing front-end dashboards.
- Ensure validation products are scalable, reliable, and aligned with autonomous-vehicle launch and release decision processes.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, software product development, or technical program management.
- Ability to bridge technical and product domains and translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in Python for prototyping and data analysis.
- Experience developing internal customer-facing front-end dashboards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
