Base Salary

$189k - $291k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with Embodied AI, safety, and product partner teams to align priorities and requirements.
  • Use Pareto analysis and other prioritization techniques to identify and implement improvements for validation dashboard products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and success metrics for behavior validation tools.
  • Lead and implement technical improvements using Python and related technologies.
  • Connect data pipelines to user interfaces and develop internal customer-facing front-end dashboards.
  • Ensure validation products are scalable, reliable, and aligned with autonomous-vehicle launch and release decision processes.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, software product development, or technical program management.
  • Ability to bridge technical and product domains and translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python for prototyping and data analysis.
  • Experience developing internal customer-facing front-end dashboards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
