Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, and other domains.
- Define technical blueprints, architecture standards, and integration models for enterprise and government projects.
- Drive AI-enabled automation and intelligent workflows using ServiceNow.
- Mentor developers, coach squads, and establish delivery excellence standards.
- Work with stakeholders across Singapore and ASEAN on high-impact projects.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of ServiceNow experience with proven architect-level expertise.
- Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Strong knowledge of scripting, Glide API, and REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- ServiceNow CTA or multiple CIS certifications.
- Experience with Agile delivery.
