Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software and Workday integration components.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contribute to cross-team decisions, and act as a subject-matter expert.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues using data mapping and transformation techniques.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and improve their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll, and Workday Studio.
- Experience with integration tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
