Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design and delivery lifecycle.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Manage and configure ServiceNow modules to support business processes.
- Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow platform performance and functionality issues.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Tools Administration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Tools Administration, including managing and configuring ServiceNow modules.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and workflows within ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex ServiceNow platform performance and functionality issues.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation in the ServiceNow environment.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
