Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Identify, document, track, investigate, and report defects, and perform retesting after fixes.
- Test Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Provide functional, integration, and regression test coverage.
- Update and integrate new scripts into the test automation pack.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Deliver regular progress and status reports.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
- Experience with Selenium and Cucumber, with strong knowledge of Java.
- Hands-on experience in functional and automation testing.
- Experience with Salesforce applications; Salesforce certification is highly valued.
- Knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycles, preferably using SAFe Agile methodology.
- Subject matter expertise in quality assurance best practices, tools, and software.
- Experience using JIRA for test case and defect management and GitHub for version control.
- Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management skills.
