Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand customer pain points and design end-to-end solutions
- Lead projects from high-level system design and prototyping through application development and data integration
- Deploy technical solutions for difficult customer problems
- Build custom applications on Palantir platforms using open-source technologies and team-built tools
- Solicit and incorporate feedback from customers and colleagues through rapid iteration
- Work with customers, often on site, to understand their environments and deliver technical outcomes
- Make independent decisions and manage projects autonomously
Requirements
- Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and related technical tools
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams in rapidly changing environments
- Ability to learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Willingness and interest to travel as needed
- Experience with logistics, materiel, sustainment, aviation, or readiness analysis is a plus
