Base Salary
$100k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Map workflows with business and operations stakeholders and identify opportunities for automation, tooling, or AI.
- Build production-grade internal applications and dashboards in Retool for case management, review queues, approvals, and operational visibility.
- Architect and maintain n8n workflows for data movement, notifications, approvals, and system integrations with error handling and alerting.
- Integrate LLM and AI components for classification, extraction, summarization, and triage.
- Design and consume APIs connecting internal tools with core banking, LOS, CRM, and third-party systems.
- Design Microsoft SQL Server schemas and optimize queries, indexes, and stored procedures.
- Build and maintain C# and .NET API integration layers, middleware, authentication, and data transformations.
- Own solutions from prototype and pilot through hardening, documentation, handoff, or ongoing maintenance.
- Review junior engineers' code and designs and help enforce engineering standards.
- Ensure solutions meet security, data governance, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience building internal tools or automations with Retool, n8n, or similar platforms.
- Practical experience integrating LLMs or AI models through APIs into real workflows.
- Strong SQL skills and experience designing Microsoft SQL Server schemas, indexing strategies, and optimized queries.
- Hands-on experience with C# and .NET, including third-party API consumption and internal API development.
- Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate ambiguous operational problems into technical specifications.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and working closely with business teams.
- Basic-to-strong scripting ability in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with comparable automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Appsmith, or OutSystems is accepted.

- Target base salary is $100,000.00–$120,000.00 per year, with eligibility for discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets.
