Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver a first-class SRE ecosystem for the Trade Entitlements System.
- Champion SRE principles, including SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs, along with their monitoring and reporting.
- Contribute to the system’s Java codebase to facilitate SRE requirements.
- Operate autonomously, steer difficult decisions with technology stakeholders, and deliver high-quality projects.
- Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, sprint delivery, and continuous improvement of trading capabilities.
Requirements
- Extensive and solid experience as a Java engineer working with high-throughput web-based systems.
- Spring experience is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of the SRE stack, including Prometheus and Grafana.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make difficult technology decisions with stakeholders.
- Experience delivering projects to a high degree of quality and longevity.
- Kotlin experience is preferred.
- Comfort working in Agile delivery teams.
