Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Groovy, Python, Shell scripting, and REST APIs.
- Develop reusable Jenkins shared libraries, standardized pipeline components, pipeline-as-code solutions, and automation frameworks.
- Automate application build, testing, security scanning, release, deployment, infrastructure provisioning, server configuration, and middleware deployment processes.
- Create dashboards, reporting solutions, self-service automation, and workflows that improve engineering productivity and eliminate manual work.
- Integrate SAST, SCA, IAST, quality gates, and other security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, design, and implement AI-assisted solutions for pipeline optimization, troubleshooting, code remediation, deployment validation, and root-cause analysis.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions using Ansible and Terraform and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain technical documentation, define engineering standards, and conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering and tool administration.
- Strong expertise in Jenkins, Groovy, Python, Shell scripting, Git, Bitbucket, REST APIs, CI/CD pipeline development, Jenkins shared libraries, and pipeline frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, Ansible, configuration management, environment provisioning, automated application deployments, and CI/CD integration.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including SAST, SCA, and IAST integration within CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience or familiarity with Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools for software delivery, automation, code quality, security remediation, and developer productivity.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps principles, application lifecycle management, automation frameworks, and enterprise-scale software delivery practices.
