Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions across the complete system lifecycle.
  • Support enterprise-wide implementation and end-user adoption of Salesforce capabilities.
  • Design scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, governance, and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality solutions.
  • Deliver incremental value through Scrum or Kanban-based delivery processes.
  • Manage and track requirements and work items in JIRA with clear documentation and traceability.
  • Contribute to and operate within CI/CD pipelines to support reliable deployments.
  • Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve Salesforce platform performance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud core components.
  • Experience delivering across the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including design, build, test, deployment, and support.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
  • Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce security features, including field-level security, profiles, and permissions.
  • Additional experience with or willingness to learn Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360, MuleSoft, Experience Cloud, and Tableau.
  • Exposure to prompt builders is beneficial.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including SAFe Agile.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder collaboration, and evidence-based problem-solving skills.
