Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
- Build and update Salesforce components, including simple flows, Apex, and basic Lightning Web Components.
- Complete enhancements, bug fixes, and process changes.
- Support technical requirement gathering and clarification with administrators and business analysts.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployments.
- Collaborate with administrators, developers, and business teams to deliver business solutions.
- Apply Salesforce best practices for security, automation, data structure, and system performance.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and communicate with technical and non-technical users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of related experience in Salesforce, software development, or business application support.
- Basic experience with Salesforce platform development, configuration, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce data model, security model, automation tools, and deployment processes.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce development, platform capabilities, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with guidance.
- Strong written and verbal communication, planning, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or progress toward certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification, experience with enhancements and user stories, familiarity with integrations, APIs, data migration tools, and technical documentation.
