Responsibilities
- Build backend features, internal tools, dashboards, and AI experiments for real users.
- Experiment with LLMs, AI agents, prompt-driven workflows, and agent frameworks.
- Turn proofs of concept into production-ready systems through testing, monitoring, reliability, and scaling.
- Own small system components end to end and expand scope with demonstrated growth.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, pairing, and collaboration with senior engineers.
Requirements
- Have at least 6 months of internship experience at a startup or fast-paced product company.
- Be a 2025 or 2026 B.Tech graduate with academic knowledge in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and databases.
- Be proficient in at least one of Python, Java, or Go.
- Have hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, prompt-driven workflows, or LLM-powered features using tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude.
- Have a portfolio of built work such as proofs of concept, dashboards, AI experiments, hackathon projects, or side projects.
- Be comfortable with Linux/Unix environments and basic Git workflows.
- Communicate clearly, learn quickly, take feedback well, and demonstrate curiosity, ownership, and teamwork.
