Base Salary
$104k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of complex software systems and services.
- Influence architecture and modernization initiatives.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical coaching.
- Support operational excellence and production reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Independently lead complex technical initiatives across product, platform, and engineering work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core, and modern application frameworks.
- Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.
- Strong backend and frontend engineering experience.
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Experience with AI development tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
- Ability to lead complex technical initiatives independently.
