Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components and applications.
- Develop scalable and high-performing solutions using Java and the Spring Application Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and work toward subject matter expertise.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot software defects, optimize application performance, and implement system improvements.
Requirements
- A degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a similar field is required.
- At least 2 years of experience with the Spring Application Framework is required.
- Proficiency in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Application Framework, and Spring MVC is required.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, scalable application development, and maintainable coding practices is required.
- Experience with version control applications, continuous integration, API integration, databases, testing frameworks, and web services is required or preferred.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, JUnit, Mockito, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, application security, and full-stack development is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are required.
