Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, integrate, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize custom software components and applications.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges affecting multiple project areas.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to deliver software solutions.
- Contribute to team and cross-team technical decisions and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Coordinate software development activities with stakeholders and organizational priorities.
- Foster knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum seven years of experience with Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Expert proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.
- Ability to integrate custom solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering business value through technology.
