Responsibilities
- Administer and configure NetSuite and Zuora Revenue to support business processes.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and application changes.
- Partner with Finance and other stakeholders to ensure application functionality.
- Support SOX-compliant change management and documentation.
- Manage inbound integrations and troubleshoot issues across systems.
- Contribute code and customizations using GitLab SDLC practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure maintainable technical delivery.
- Run small projects and contribute to team planning for improvements.
Requirements
- Experience administering enterprise applications in a SaaS environment.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite, including data objects and workflows.
- Working knowledge of Zuora Revenue, including revenue rules and accounting treatments.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and integration problems.
- Understanding of finance and accounting processes, especially Procure to Pay and Record to Report.
- Familiarity with SOX controls and compliant change management.
- Ability to use GitLab and apply software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong collaboration, prioritization, and self-management skills.
