Responsibilities
- Design and implement WEBCON BPS applications, including processes, forms, business rules, task assignments, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop custom logic using T-SQL and JavaScript when standard WEBCON configuration is insufficient.
- Integrate WEBCON applications with ERP, DMS, Active Directory, email, and external APIs using REST and SOAP.
- Analyze change requests and incidents against project documentation and propose solutions.
- Maintain and stabilize production applications through troubleshooting and performance fixes.
- Prepare technical documentation and support user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to refine process requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of commercial experience developing applications on WEBCON BPS.
- Hands-on knowledge of WEBCON Designer Studio, including process modeling, form configuration, business rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of T-SQL queries, views, and procedures on Microsoft SQL Server.
- JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills sufficient for form customization.
- Experience integrating WEBCON with other systems using REST or SOAP.
- Ability to independently analyze tasks, validate them against documentation, and deliver end to end.
- Communicative English for documentation and collaboration with international team members.
- Experience with the WEBCON BPS SDK, C# and .NET plugins, and custom actions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine is advantageous.
- Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 integrations, including Power Automate, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with BPMN notation and process analysis is advantageous.
- Experience delivering projects for financial services or manufacturing clients with formal compliance requirements is advantageous.
