Responsibilities
- Test APIs, backend services, databases, and system integrations.
- Perform manual, exploratory, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
- Validate data using SQL and investigate issues through logs, APIs, and databases.
- Identify risks, edge cases, dependencies, and root causes.
- Own testing activities and collaborate with developers and product teams.
- Contribute to QA processes and automation where applicable.
Requirements
- Mid/Senior-level manual QA experience.
- Strong API and backend testing skills with SQL/database experience.
- Solid understanding of test design, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand complex systems and work independently.
- Good English and communication skills.
- Python and test automation experience are nice to have.
- Experience with big data and data lakes, ETL/data pipelines, Power BI or another BI tool, PostgreSQL or BigQuery, Pulsar or event streaming, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git is nice to have.
