Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
- Map current and future-state processes and prioritize use cases based on value, feasibility, and repeatability.
- Build and support AI prototypes, automations, prompt workflows, lightweight applications, dashboards, scripts, and data tools.
- Test solutions with users, gather feedback, and improve prototypes through rapid iteration.
- Create practical guides, examples, reusable assets, and playbooks for enterprise teams.
- Support workshops, office hours, learning sessions, hackathons, and reskilling efforts.
- Collaborate with Digital Technology and the AI Platform team to use approved tools and assess solutions for broader scale.
- Track adoption, user feedback, time savings, quality improvements, and other measures of business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics, automation, business process improvement, software development, AI/ML, digital transformation, operations, or related applied problem-solving work.
- Experience building dashboards, automations, scripts, prototypes, analytical tools, or similar business solutions.
- Experience using AI, workflow automation, analytics, Python, or related digital tools to solve business problems.
- Ability to translate user needs and business processes into practical solution requirements.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, plus curiosity, ownership, and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Preferred experience with SQL, APIs, GCP, n8n, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Tableau, Streamlit, GitHub, generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, AI-assisted analysis, or workflow automation.
- Preferred experience supporting workshops, training, hackathons, change and adoption efforts, or enterprise functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, or engineering.
- Familiarity with testing, documentation, version control, iterative development, responsible AI, privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise software standards.
