Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems including Workday and ServiceNow.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.
- Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.
- Apply Power Platform solution management, environment, deployment, low-code development, security, and governance best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform solution management, environments, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI development tools.
- Experience building conversational AI and low-code/no-code AI solutions.
- Understanding of generative, agentic, and responsible AI.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
- Preferred: experience consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.
- Preferred: familiarity with DevOps practices and enterprise-grade Power Platform applications.
- Preferred: experience with HR processes and employee self-service solutions.
