Responsibilities
- Drive automation of software delivery, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure.
- Write and maintain infrastructure as code using Ansible and scripts.
- Gradually take ownership of changes to Java components within the Intelligent Middleware backend.
- Collaborate with the development team to support system scalability and quality.
- Use AI tools to accelerate coding and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum four years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or software engineering role.
- Strong expertise with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Practical knowledge of Ansible and infrastructure as code.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and orchestration concepts.
- Solid Java knowledge, including the ability to read, debug, and write code.
- Understanding of Windows OS internals.
- Openness to working in a hybrid Code + Ops role.
- Experience with AWS cloud technologies is preferred.
- Practical experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Gemini is required.
