Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and maintain next-generation hybrid AI platforms for the enterprise.
- Design and implement automation-first platform engineering solutions.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, observability, and performance.
- Collaborate with architects, AI engineers, infrastructure specialists, and network SMEs on solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production platform issues with ownership.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience operating cloud-based AI platforms at scale.
- Familiarity with generative AI use cases in production.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, pipelines, and scripting for automation.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with model serving, pipelines, inference, and agentic concepts.
- Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and policy enforcement.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for working with varied stakeholders.
- Relevant expert-level certification in a major cloud platform focused on AI platforms.
