Base Salary
$218k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and own growth metrics spanning sign-up, trial activation, and upgrade.
- Analyze product telemetry, community forums, social media, and video comments to identify user adoption barriers.
- Develop hypotheses and independently build, ship, and A/B test product improvements.
- Write production code across the platform, including landing-page and first-automation experiences.
- Use AI coding agents to move ideas from concept to production quickly.
- Explain experiment rationale, success criteria, and results to engineering, product, design, and leadership.
Requirements
- Principal-level engineering experience with recent hands-on full-stack production development experience using TypeScript, React, and backend services or similar technologies.
- Daily experience using coding agents and the ability to describe an AI-native development workflow.
- Demonstrated growth, activation, or funnel experience at a product-led company with personally driven metric improvements.
- Strong product sense and the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and define measurement without waiting for a specification.
- Ability to deliver results with a small team or footprint.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, including presenting cases to senior leaders.
- Preferred experience with growth at an enterprise product-led company, optimization for AI agents as users, public technical content or open source, and automation, workflow, or developer-platform products.
