Responsibilities
- Configure, validate, and support the client-provided BOAT development environment.
- Coordinate with client IT teams on Unqork tenant configuration and user access management.
- Integrate source control and Government-managed CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish automated testing frameworks and deployment readiness.
- Develop and configure dynamic Unqork forms and workflows.
- Build metadata-driven user interfaces based on application architecture.
- Implement the Initial Incident Intake Form and CCFP case initiation workflows.
- Develop analyst work queues and case status management screens.
- Build document upload interfaces with metadata tagging and virus scanning.
- Implement Intelligent Document Processing capabilities.
- Develop persona-based dashboards and analytics aligned with business requirements.
- Design and maintain automated test suites.
- Execute testing activities within the CI/CD pipeline and document results in JIRA.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and defect triage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain accurate JIRA stories.
- Contribute documentation as features mature.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience on federal or enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Unqork modules, workflows, and RBAC/ABAC controls.
- Unqork Developer or Professional Configurator Certification is required.
- Experience with low-code application development and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with AWS (GovCloud preferred) and secure SDLC practices.
- Strong experience using JIRA for sprint and defect management.
