Senior Software Engineer, Release Engineering

$125k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Optimize build and deployment automation tools for developers.
- Create and implement CI/CD solutions that improve release quality and security.
- Lead complex projects involving multiple contributors and stakeholders.
- Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and respond to production alerts.
- Mentor and coach team members while promoting technical excellence.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Go, Java/Kotlin, or other modern programming languages, with strong knowledge of testing, quality, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to work across a broad range of problems and programming languages.
- Interest in improving software delivery processes and developer experience.
- Experience managing AWS or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building CI/CD solutions.
- Willingness to use AI development tools effectively.
