Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and drive technology strategy for digital experiences across customer and employee touchpoints.
- Design architectures for web portals, mobile applications, financial-data integrations, APIs, and other digital touchpoints.
- Create reference architectures, standards, guidance, best practices, and technology roadmaps.
- Modernize complex systems into cloud-compatible or cloud-native applications and develop cloud-migration strategies.
- Conduct proofs of concept, evaluate emerging technologies, develop business cases, and recommend technology solutions.
- Guide development and technology teams on architecture, design, security, compliance, performance, stability, efficiency, and total cost of ownership.
- Evaluate generative AI and advanced analytics capabilities and support production technology strategies.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business teams, IT teams, and the Innovation Lab to align solutions with enterprise technology strategy.
- Provide coaching, thought leadership, advocacy, and recommendations across architecture and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Technical bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience defining and driving technology strategy for large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, design thinking, and omnichannel experience strategy.
- Experience in financial services, including asset management, brokerage, retirement services, or banking.
- Strong skills integrating financial data sources and APIs.
- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning for personalized experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Experience conducting proofs of concept and recommending technology solutions.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering software systems and 3+ years creating solution architectures and strategies across business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security domains.
- 3+ years of development experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JSON/XML web services, RESTful architectures, AWS API Gateway, Lambda, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience with SOA, microservices, AWS or multi-cloud architectures, advanced programming, modern integration methods, messaging, and NoSQL.
- Client-side web or mobile development experience, including familiarity with React or Angular and API/backend integration.
- Experience with modern deployment and DevOps practices, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and source control platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of caching, monitoring, operational support, high availability, security patterns, data modeling, integration methods, architecture frameworks, business process analysis, and business process management.
- Knowledge of generative AI capabilities and experience designing and implementing large-scale AI and machine-learning systems in production environments.
- Expertise in generative models, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and responsible AI policies and practices.
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, negotiation, influencing, problem-solving, and continuous-learning skills.
