Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications on Salesforce and internal software systems with product managers.
- Own the technical delivery of projects and features.
- Design highly available, scalable, and secure systems.
- Follow change management policies to protect data integrity and system stability.
- Build interfaces for complex systems and high-quality tools.
- Integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows when applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience developing business applications in Salesforce.
- At least 6 years of experience developing business applications using PHP, Java, C++, Python, or similar technologies.
- At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs, including SOAP, REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API.
- At least 4 years of experience with Lightning Web Components and Apex incorporating JavaScript frameworks such as React, Bootstrap, or Angular.
- Preferred qualifications include responsible and ethical AI practices, data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies, SOA design principles, API design, production software outside Salesforce, data-volume handling, performance tuning, UI/UX, prompt/context engineering, and agent orchestration.
