Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications and the infrastructure they run on.
- Integrate LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and agentic workflows into user-facing applications.
- Develop production web applications using backend technologies, modern JavaScript frameworks, APIs, and relational data models.
- Implement cloud engineering and DevSecOps practices including containerization, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, security, observability, and automated testing.
- Act as a technical point of contact for system issues and coordinate with clients, colleagues, partners, and operations teams.
- Produce technical and non-technical user documentation and contribute to ongoing knowledge development.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade full-stack applications, including AI or GenAI workloads.
- Experience integrating LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or agentic workflows into user-facing applications.
- Proficiency with at least one backend language such as Java or Python, one modern JavaScript framework, API design, and relational data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
- At least 3 years of implementation experience with CI/CD, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, version control, and automated testing.
- Experience with transactional databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integrating AI services into applications.
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Quarkus, FastAPI, Node.js, or React, and with REST, GraphQL, and messaging patterns.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins, plus secure-by-design practices, identity and access management, secrets management, and least-privilege design.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in English.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or CKAD and experience with financial services or public-sector clients are preferred.
