Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered product features and services.
- Develop applications and workflows integrating LLM, agent, and machine learning capabilities.
- Contribute to AI solution evaluation, observability, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and quality assurance teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, software releases, and application customization.
- Troubleshoot production issues, resolve complex technical problems, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Create reusable components and patterns to accelerate AI adoption across teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence and shared knowledge.
- Conduct training for operational staff and use market research and industry trends to inform product strategies.
- Work a regular schedule that may include nights, weekends, and variable hours as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may be considered.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, agents, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture patterns.
- Experience delivering production software in collaborative engineering environments.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.

- Base pay range of $120,212.52–$180,318.78 annually, with eligibility for bonus and Comcast benefits.
