Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and lead development of production-grade Generative AI applications and complex agentic solutions.
- Define technical strategy and make architecture, framework, and tooling decisions for AI projects.
- Evaluate agentic architectures and industry practices to select effective technical approaches.
- Lead agent training, performance measurement, correction, and feedback processes.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, performance, scalability, availability, and reliability standards.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers and data scientists in agentic solution development and software engineering practices.
- Manage project and program timelines, planning, and deliverables using Agile processes.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members while operating with limited supervision.
- Assess and manage risk, compliance, controls, and escalation requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- 8–12 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 2.5 years of experience architecting and developing production-ready Generative AI RAG or agent-based solutions.
- Expert understanding of agentic solution design, including architecture selection, memory management, hallucination control, and reinforcement-learning feedback loops.
- Strong experience architecting highly scalable, available, and performant technology solutions.
- Deep expertise in agent training, performance measurement, and feedback processes.
- Ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
- Experience with program or project management, Agile methodologies, and development timeline planning.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, security, and performance management in production environments.
- SAS, SQL, and Tableau skills are preferred.
