Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Collaborate with sales pursuit and delivery teams to develop solutions supporting client value propositions and business cases.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and manage or guide teams in technical execution.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of custom software solutions with existing systems.
- Drive continuous improvement of development workflows and product delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience is required.
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations management and enterprise discovery processes.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to ServiceNow platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and code quality best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
