Responsibilities
- Architect and build enterprise AI and GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multimodal AI, and agentic orchestration.
- Design secure agentic workflows that retrieve information, invoke tools, reason over data, and execute multi-step processes.
- Build RAG solutions using embeddings, vector or hybrid search, reranking, and grounded responses.
- Personally develop complete AI products from concept and prototype through MVP and production.
- Create modern web and mobile experiences with React/Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React Native.
- Build backend services with Python, Node.js, FastAPI/Flask, Express.js, and REST APIs.
- Connect AI solutions with SAP SuccessFactors and the wider People Technology ecosystem.
- Establish reusable AI architecture and engineering patterns across cloud-native solutions.
- Apply security, privacy, Responsible AI, and AI governance principles to solution design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in software engineering, application development, or enterprise technology.
- Strong recent hands-on experience building AI or GenAI solutions.
- Strong full-stack engineering foundation and experience delivering solutions from idea or proof of concept through MVP and production.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and enterprise integrations.
- Ability to operate independently as a senior technical individual contributor and influence without formal authority.
- Experience with HR or People Technology solutions and enterprise HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, data privacy, Responsible AI, and AI governance.
- Experience with HR or People Technology, employee-facing technology, or enterprise HR processes is strongly preferred.
