Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality features for Latin American users.
- Apply internationalization best practices from the start.
- Collaborate with AI tools to create specs, generate code, and perform reviews.
- Define and codify AI-native engineering practices for the team.
- Build across the full stack as needed, ensuring polished user experiences.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to solve complex user problems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Mentor team members and help evolve AI-native engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building consumer-scale software products.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in mobile development (iOS or Android).
- Deep experience with agentic workflows and prompt engineering.
- A track record of using AI tooling to enhance development output.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to define and implement AI-native engineering practices.
- Empathy for users and understanding of their needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience.
