Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered product experiences using TypeScript, React, and LLM provider APIs.
- Develop the agentic tool runtime for BrazeAI Operator.
- Build integrations between Operator and core Braze product surfaces, third-party vendors, and AI model providers.
- Improve the reliability, observability, and safety of LLM-backed systems.
- Lead projects from ambiguous product or technical goals through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate with other engineers through technical design, code review, and clear engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical impact.
- Strong in modern frontend development and comfortable working across the stack into backend systems.
- Experience building production systems that integrate with AI/ML models or LLM APIs.
- Care about reliability, observability, safety, and user trust in AI-powered products.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate well across teams.
