Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend code improvements across StubHub’s platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to best coding practices.
- Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and foster an inclusive culture.
Requirements
- 5-6+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Extensive experience with multiple general-purpose programming languages such as Java or C#.
- Demonstrated expertise in building software for Infrastructure, Databases, Data Processing, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, Security, and Privacy.
- Experience in designing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact.
- Strong understanding of system interactions within a production environment.
- Proven ability to learn new coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience owning projects from conception to production.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
