- Act as Functional Safety Engineer and Cybersecurity Engineer for the software product portfolio.
- Guide projects on technical methods related to functional safety and cybersecurity standards.
- Analyze business trends and define, update, and deploy functional safety and cybersecurity methodologies for software projects.
- Ensure project methodologies comply with relevant standards and meet customer needs.
- Support R&D in implementing methodologies efficiently.
- Make technical decisions regarding functional safety and cybersecurity engineering for platform projects.
- Initiate feasibility studies and contribute to organizational direction on functional safety and cybersecurity topics.
- Facilitate technical discussions, drive deliberations to closure, and improve existing safety and cybersecurity processes.
- Serve as a key customer interface and defend functional safety and cybersecurity practices in customer audits and assessments.
- Engage with the internal functional safety and cybersecurity community on software topics.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software engineering process expertise and development experience.
- Demonstrated capability through publications and presentations at internal forums.
- Experience supporting project members with functional safety and cybersecurity practices, techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Ability to ensure processes, methods, and tools comply with functional safety and cybersecurity standards.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to solve problems of medium complexity.
