Responsibilities
- Develop native Android applications.
- Design user interfaces and functions according to plans.
- Participate in requirements definition and task estimation.
- Write unit and UI tests and participate in developer testing.
- Stay up to date with current Android development technology trends.
- Continue professional education and development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Android development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Kotlin.
- Experience with MVVM and dependency injection using Dagger 2 or Dagger Hilt.
- Knowledge of the Android SDK, Jetpack, and Material libraries.
- Experience with Retrofit and OkHttp networking.
- Knowledge of REST and Swagger.
- Proactive, process-driven, detail-oriented, reliable, customer-focused, and collaborative work style.
- Preferred experience with ReactiveX, RxJava, RxKotlin, Coroutines, Flow, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Preferred experience writing unit and UI tests and knowledge of SOLID and clean code.
- Preferred knowledge of CI/CD, Gradle, Detekt, lint rules, OAuth 2, and social login.
- Preferred Play Store distribution experience.
- Experience with web, backend, frontend, cross-platform, or other platforms is a plus.
