Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models capable of processing and generating natural language.
- Tune neural-network parameters and continuously evaluate and improve model architectures.
- Manage and use large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Analyze model-performance metrics and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Integrate language models into broader production applications and ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align model design with business objectives.
- Document design decisions and model specifications.
- Provide guidance and expertise to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with large language models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural-network parameters for natural-language-processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model-training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language-model architectures and their practical applications.
- Ability to analyze model-performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of integrating language models into production environments and ensuring scalability.
- 15 years of full-time education.
