Responsibilities
- Deploy and operate large language models using cloud-native platforms and container orchestration tools.
- Monitor model performance, system health, and operational metrics while troubleshooting complex issues.
- Improve operational workflows, reliability, deployment processes, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop effective AI deployment strategies.
- Maintain documentation for operational procedures and incident resolutions.
- Share knowledge with junior team members and contribute solutions during team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Machine Learning Operations, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration tools for scalable AI deployments.
- Strong understanding of monitoring frameworks and performance tuning for large-scale AI models.
- Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements relevant to AI operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues and implement robust solutions.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting for deployment and maintenance tasks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
