Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, configure, and deploy custom software and MES application components.
- Handle MES incidents, problems, and changes under ITIL processes, including critical P1/P2 issues.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and refine solutions.
- Set up and roll out MES software, including Linux-based Docker applications.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and deep technical analysis for MES applications, particularly Linux and Werum PAS-X environments.
- Install, deploy, and troubleshoot Linux Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes environments.
- Support and troubleshoot MES peripherals, including scales, printers, scanners, PASX2X adapters, and MSI/DCS Batch Adapters.
- Diagnose SNET, firewall, network configuration, and application performance issues.
- Support end-to-end Werum PAS-X implementations, upgrades, migrations, and daily operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with Werum PAS-X or another pharmaceutical MES platform.
- Experience with Linux-based Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience with ITIL management and L2/L3 support.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and GxP compliance.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting MES peripherals, network configurations, firewalls, and application performance issues.
