Base Salary
$160k - $1840k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Salesforce architectural authority for platform design, configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Define when to use out-of-the-box capabilities, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, or OmniStudio.
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, governance, and platform best practices.
- Design scalable, high-performance multi-cloud Salesforce architectures covering Service, Experience, Data Cloud, and AI capabilities.
- Contribute hands-on to complex Apex, Lightning Web Components, integration, and data-model implementations.
- Lead solution design sessions, code reviews, and technical deep dives.
- Define enterprise integration and data architecture, including API, event-driven, governance, and analytics-readiness patterns.
- Drive adoption of Einstein, Agentforce, and intelligent automation.
- Enforce security, governance, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery practices.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
- At least 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Flow, including performance optimization and advanced design patterns.
- Experience making architectural decisions across out-of-the-box, low-code, and custom development approaches.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, events, and middleware.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and sharing models.
- Experience in Agile, DevSecOps, continuous delivery, and AI-assisted development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Salesforce architect-level certification such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II.
